The Physical Activity (PA) Factor is the approximate amount of calories your body will burn each day based off of the amount of activity you said you engage in.
Your Total Daily Energy Expenditure is the approximate amount of calories your body burns each day from your Resting Metabolic Rate, the Thermic Effect of Food, and your Physical Activity. This is the amount to eat for weight maintenance.

Margin of Error: This Margin of Error is established to help you see the range of calories your individual needs may fall within. Though these formulations are one of the most accurate ways we have for estimating individual nutrition needs, they are still estimations and have been shown to have an approximate 10% margin of error.
Water Intake: The minimum water intake suggestion is the minimum water intake suggestion. People who are more active need more water and may need to consume the maximum suggested water intake for optimal results
