Cori is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), an NCCA accredited training organization.

Cori has over 10 years of personal training experience in the fitness industry and has worked with a variety of clients including men, women, pregnancy, as well as figure and fitness competitors.

Cori works with clients of all ages and fitness levels, but she specializes in helping middle aged men and women burn fat and get the lean sexy bodies they want!

Specializations: Group Training, Individual Training, Strength, Powerlifting, Sustainable Fat Loss, & CrossFit.

Tiffany has achieved her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and is studying for her Certified Personal Trainer certification through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), an NCCA accredited training organization.

Tiffany has over 10 years of collective training experience from working with clients 1-on-1, leading group strength classes, competing in powerlifting competitions, coaching Crossfit classes and participating in internship opportunities.

Throughout her variety of training experiences she has worked with a wide range of clients and is ready to help you next!

Taylor Empey | Certified Fitness Trainer

Specializations: 1-On-1 Training, Muscle Building, Fat Loss, Lifestyle Change, Strength Training, & Mobility.

Taylor's passion for fitness began when he started training in Taekwondo in 2008. Since then he has trained in 8 martial arts and self-defense styles. Taylor achieved his 1st degree black belt six years later.

In 2010 Taylor began his personal training career in health and fitness and he now holds multiple nationally accredited certifications and has expertise in Kinesiology and Nutrition Science.

Taylor is a featured contributing member of the Men's Health Magazine Fitness Council. He was also the head trainer for Season 2 of The Younger You 12 Week Challenge on the ABC network. He has been considered for participation as a trainer on the Fit2Fat2Fit television program on the A&E network. He has been featured in Healthy Magazine, Salt Lake Magazine, he is a local preferred trainer on MaxMuscle.com and has appeared on HealthWarrior.com.

Taylor has worked with clients from all walks of life; men, women, young, middle-aged, advanced-aged, athletes, average joes and janes, people with injuries, and women pre/intra/post pregnancy.

Taylor specializes in helping young to middle-aged men build lean muscle, increase their overall performance, burn fat, and get lean.
